MM2 Usertesting researchers are normally seeking information regarding the customer experience. They want to hear from you. Pay varies from short tests paying $4 to $10 for tests between 20-30 minutes, all unmoderated. You're simply recorded while using and commenting on an experience then answering some questions. Moderated tests pay $30 for 30 - 45 minute sessions and $60 for 60-minute live sessions simply talking to the resercher on Zoom.
There are no right or wrong answers. You can choose to accept or decline them, and it will never be held against you. They simply want to know what you think. You get to choose the time you test, and take breaks if needed. Additionally. you'll meet some of the nicest people. It's easier than you think.
